Here are the workshops I offer for both middle grades and high school students:
  • The Journey of an Author: This workshop gives students a glimpse into the overall journey from idea to published novel.
  • Writing Workshop: In this workshop, students will learn basic craft elements of how to build characters, worlds, and stories.
  • Research 101: Here, students will learn the best research techniques for filling out their stories with facts.
  • A Day in the Life of a Writer: Students will learn the background of my writing life, how I get myself writing, and how I sustain the work on a day-to-day basis.

Contact me to inquire about the process and to discuss rates. Tanya Anderson, of School Street Media, has created School Guides with Common Core Correlations for Into the Dangerous World, and for Deadly. Please feel free to download the guides and distribute freely within your classrooms.
